Job Description- Fabricate and weld structural and precision components using MIG/TIG processes to specification
- Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly and fabrication
- Perform quality checks on completed welds to maintain high manufacturing standards
- Work collaboratively within the production team to meet deadlines and production targets
- Competitive hourly rate of £18.00 £ 19.00 based on experience
- Overtime available at enhanced pay rates
- Opportunity to work within a well-equipped, modern engineering facility
- Long-term stability with potential for skill development and progression
- Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong MIG welding skills (TIG experience advantageous)
- Ability to read and work from technical engineering drawings
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and safety
