Role

We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our Production team at our Eastington site. The role is hands‑on and at the heart of our manufacturing operation, supporting the production of high‑quality stainless‑steel products that serve water and wastewater infrastructure across the UK and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and welding specifications.
  • Set up, prepare and operate TIG welding equipment.
  • Weld and fabricate stainless steel components to a high standard.
  • Assemble metal structures and components to exact design requirements.
  • Inspect welded joints to ensure quality, strength and compliance.
  • Identify welding defects and carry out repairs or adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Set up, maintain and report faults on welding tools and equipment.
  • Keep work areas clean, organised and compliant with health & safety standards.
  • Follow all site HSE procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Safely handle gases, tools, materials and hazardous substances.
  • Work collaboratively with fabricators, engineers and supervisors to meet deadlines.
  • Actively participate in safety briefings, toolbox talks and risk assessments.
  • Report hazards, near misses or incidents promptly.
About You
  • Proven experience in TIG welding, particularly with stainless steel.
  • Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards.
  • Awareness of welding codes, quality systems and safe manufacturing practices.
  • Proactive, team‑focused attitude with good communication skills.
  • Strong safety mindset and willingness to follow site HSE procedures.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is essential.
