Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Trainee Night Shift Team Leader on behalf of our client based in Wrexham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production professional looking to progress into a leadership role with full training provided.
You will lead, motivate and support the night shift production team, operate production machinery when required, ensure production targets and quality standards are met, monitor health and safety, complete shift handovers
