- Manage day-to-day website updates, product listings, landing pages and seasonal campaign content
- Support ecommerce performance through well-executed online sales campaigns and product launches
- Build, schedule and optimise email marketing campaigns via CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo)

- You are a confident digital marketer with a genuine passion for the Healeys drinks portfolio, culture and content
- You instinctively understand how to speak to different audiences across different platforms — and you know what great brand content looks and feels like
- You are highly organised and can manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
- You bring creative thinking to everything you do, but you are equally comfortable in the commercial and analytical side of marketing
- You are a self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do — you spot opportunities and act on them
- You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where every day looks different
- You are a confident communicator who can represent the brand brilliantly — in a meeting room or at a festival
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, drinks, hospitality, lifestyle or a digitally-led consumer brand
- Proven experience managing social media channels across both organic and paid activity
- Hands-on experience with CMS and ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Woo Commerce, Word Press)
- Experience building and sending email campaigns via a CRM platform (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
- Experience supporting brand events, activations or sampling campaigns is advantageous
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline is preferred but not essential. We value demonstrable experience and a strong portfolio of work above formal qualifications.
- Proactive individual who thrives under responsibility
- Energetic, adaptable and collaborative
- Commercially aware with a creative mindset
- Confident communicator — equally comfortable in a strategy session or on-site at an event
