Een organisatie voor sociaal welzijn in Caerphilly zoekt vrijwilligers voor thuisbezoeken aan deelnemers met beperkte sociale netwerken. Je biedt ondersteuning door te luisteren, buitenactiviteiten te organiseren en de behoeften van de deelnemer in kaart te brengen. Het is belangrijk dat je sociaal bent, een groot inlevend vermogen hebt en circa twee uur per week beschikbaar bent. Reis- en onkosten worden vergoed, en je zult begeleiding ontvangen van een coördinator.
