Overview
HC-One, the Kind Care Company, is looking for qualified Registered Nurses to join our care home teams across the country. Nurses will work in a nurse‑led environment, supporting residents through complex care and life‑changing decisions.
Job responsibilitiesAs a registered nurse you will:
- Provide person‑centred nursing care and support to residents and their families.
- Develop complex decision‑making and teamwork skills while working within a multi‑professional team.
- Act as a mentor and practice supervisor, supporting students and colleagues.
- Safeguard residents, recognising signs of abuse, harm or neglect and following proper reporting procedures.
- Maintain professional standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the NMC Pin requirement.
- Support digital care planning and embrace technology to improve care outcomes.
Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in health or social care, a valid NMC Pin, and a passion for developing a supportive environment for residents. Must have excellent communication skills and a willingness to take on supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications- Degree in Nursing.
- UK NMC Pin.
- Minimum 12 months practical nursing experience in a care home environment.
- Experience in safeguarding and digital care planning is an advantage.
