Total Care Services are recruiting Registered Nurses RGNs and RMNs to work in nursing and residential care homes across South Wales. Due to unprecedented demand, we can provide a fast‑track application process and aim to get you started within just a couple of weeks.

We have several opportunities including full‑time and part‑time positions; you can choose whether to work days or nights and the role includes block bookings and ad‑hoc shifts. We also work with self‑employed nurses; please get in touch.
