Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Ward Manager in Cefn Carnau, Caerphilly, South Wales. You will lead the nursing team, provide clinical leadership, and ensure high-quality care for adults with a learning disability, while supporting colleagues and promoting strong teamwork.
You will work with the senior nurse to manage on-call duties and ward budgets, setting an example as a role model. DBS disclosure is required and NHS/private care experience is preferred.
