Join our team at Sodexo as a Lifeguard, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and colleagues. You’ll help keep our fitness facilities running smoothly, maintaining cleanliness and safety while providing excellent support to pool users.

• Be the go-to person for pool users, offering assistance and ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the pool, gym, and changing areas.
• Monitor and replenish stock and consumables as needed.
• Champion health and safety practices—if you spot a potential hazard, report it to keep everyone safe.

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
• Strong knowledge of pool cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and pride in maintaining a clean, safe space.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt when needed.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
