Veterinary Field Training & Engagement Partner

Southdown Veterinary Group seeks a Field Training Support Partner to ensure high-quality training and support for veterinary practices across the UK. This role involves significant travel, with around 70% of the time spent in the field. The successful candidate will deliver practical training, support performance improvement, and foster strong collaboration.

The ideal applicant should have a solid understanding of veterinary operations, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. A valid UK driving license is required, as well as experience in multi-site roles.
