Wildlife Rehabilitation Supervisor

Do you have a passion for wildlife rehabilitation and conservation and experience leading operational teams? Secret World Wildlife Rescue is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Wildlife Rehabilitation Supervisor to help lead our dedicated wildlife care and rescue operations.

Reporting to the Wildlife Care and Veterinary Services Manager, you will play a key role in supervising the daily operation of our wildlife care service, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare while leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team.

This is a line management position, supporting a team of wildlife carers, receptionists and our volunteers whilst contributing to the daily care of our inpatients working alongside our wildlife veterinarian and release coordinator.

Location: Secret World Wildlife Rescue, Highbridge, Somerset

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (rota basis, including weekends and public holidays)

Contract: Permanent
