Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months
We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Property Manager to join our Property Management team in Little Venice.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of 70–110 managed properties across London, working with high-value clients and delivering an exceptional service throughout the full tenancy lifecycle.
You’ll be the trusted point of contact for both landlords and tenants, ensuring everything runs smoothly from move-in to deposit return, while building strong, lasting relationships and delivering a proactive, solutions-driven service.
What You’ll Be Doing- Managing a portfolio of residential properties across London
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Handling maintenance issues from report through to resolution
- Conducting regular property visits and providing detailed reports
- Managing rent arrears and supporting financial processes
- Negotiating deposit returns and handling disputes
- Advising clients on legislation, compliance, and best practice
- Overseeing contractors, works, and refurbishment projects
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Identifying opportunities to enhance service and drive revenue
- Experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of UK property legislation (including Housing Act)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing high-value clients and complex situations
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong IT skills and experience using CRM/tenancy systems
- Manage a high quality London portfolio with premium clients
