Vivid Resourcing is working with a Local Authority to hire a part-time Estates Surveyor. This role involves managing a varied portfolio of commercial and operational property assets and undertaking landlord and tenant work, including lease renewals and negotiations.
The ideal candidate will have MRICS or be working towards this qualification, possess strong knowledge of commercial property legislation, and demonstrate excellent negotiation and communication skills.
