Venn Group is recruiting for an Estates Manager/Chartered Surveyor in South Wales. Hybrid role based in Pembrokeshire, 2/3 split, starting immediately after vetting. Contract initially 3 months+, daily rate £500 umbrella.
The post requires MRICS/FRICS, local government experience, and strong management skills, ideally with valuer status. Responsibilities include lettings, rent reviews, portfolio oversight, and asset strategy delivery.
