Act as second-in-command in the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations, team support and food excellence

• Assist in menu development and implementation
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure productivity
• Oversee food preparation and presentation
• Ensure compliance with all hygiene and health standards

• Team leadership effectiveness
• Quality of dishes and service times
• Staff training and compliance

• Proven experience in a senior kitchen role
• Strong leadership and culinary skills

NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent

These roles involve working a shift pattern, including weekends.
