Barista; Lone Worker

About the role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic team member, who is passionate about coffee & cake while delivering great customer service.

Part‑time, permanent. Flexibility required for working between the hours of 5 am and 7 pm, including opening and closing the store. Lone working may be involved.

• Open and close the store, manage keys, and ensure store security.
• Deliver excellent customer service to all customers.
• Prepare and serve coffee, cakes and other items according to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory in accordance with company policy.
• Work independently as a lone worker while meeting service targets.

• No prior experience required – full training will be provided in store.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work early mornings or late afternoons.
• Must be a key holder and capable of lone working.
• Over 18 years old.
