• Deliver relaxed, memorable dining experiences for every guest
• Lead a section during service and support the wider front‑of‑house team
• Share expert knowledge of our menus, daily specials, wines, and drinks
• Anticipate guest needs and offer thoughtful, confident recommendations
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service
• Support and mentor junior team members during service
• Uphold the high standards that define the Rick Stein name at all times

• A friendly, positive attitude and a natural sense of hospitality
• Previous waiting experience, with confidence running a section independently
• A genuine interest in food, wine, and seafood
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests
• A team player who thrives in a busy, professional environment
• Someone who leads by example and takes pride in great service
