Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking a passionate Chef De Partie to join a talented brigade at a boutique hotel in the United Kingdom. This role offers the chance to work across both a fine dining restaurant and a busy bistro, contributing to a new dining concept with aims for AA Rosette recognition.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of their section, maintaining high standards and supporting senior chefs with menu development. A strong background in fine dining and a passion for quality cooking are essential.
This position includes a salary of £33,000 per annum plus service charge.
