Summer : Food and Beverage Team Member

Every day, our Food & Beverage Team helps create magical moments by serving delicious food and drinks to our Theme Park and Resort guests. From family-friendly restaurants and buzzing coffee shops to grab-and-go kiosks, no two days are ever the same!

As part of the team, you’ll play a big role in fuelling the fun. You’ll deliver service with a smile, keep our outlets running smoothly, and help us exceed guest expectations at every step—from preparation and presentation to those all-important guest interactions.

• Greeting guests with energy and enthusiasm.
• Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and preparing tasty treats.
• Operating tills, handling cards and cash securely.
• Preparing and serving hot drinks with care.
• Keeping our outlets sparkling clean and guest ready.
• Restocking displays and making sure everything looks inviting.
• Supporting special guests like VIPs and Annual Pass Holders.
• Hitting sales targets by promoting offers and upselling treats.
• Helping reduce waste while keeping revenue high.
• Answering questions and sharing your park knowledge to make every visit even better.

What We’re Looking For:

You don’t need prior experience, we’ll provide full training (including Food Hygiene qualifications if you don’t already have them). What matters most is your positive attitude, enthusiasm, and love for creating unforgettable guest experiences!

• A passion for customer service and bringing joy to our guests.
• Confidence when speaking with the public.
• Great observational and communication skills.
• Team spirit with the ability to work independently too.
• Willingness to learn, including Health & Safety training.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather (after all, the fun never stops!).

• Pay:
  Up to £12.80 per hour (based on age)
• Hours:
  
  Seasonal role, including weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays. Shifts will be rostered in advance.
