Hours: 45 hours over 5 days

Scope and general purpose: Inspire and create memorable experiences, so everyone who visits us feels special.

• Professionally serve Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Tea/Coffee Room Service and Dinner.
• Setting tables and ensuring all dining, front of house, library areas are ready for service.
• Deliver food and drink to 1887 and Bo & Muc, Front of House, Room Service and Library.
• Clear and re-lay tables.
• Assist with the preparation of drinks in the Whisky and Beinn bars.
• Clear and clean glasses.
• Restock and replenish bar & restaurant supplies.
• Ensure five-star standard of cleanliness and hygiene are always met.
• Knowledge of the wine list.
• Assist with the recycling for the department, plastic, glass, paper and metal.

• At least 6 months restaurant experience.
• UK passport/Pre-Settled Status.
• Basic Wine Knowledge.
• Passionate about Food.
