Job Search Place Limited is looking for a driven Retail Performance Manager in South Wales to take ownership of a portfolio of 555 retailers. In this fast-paced, field-based role, you'll use data and coaching to drive commercial performance and improve compliance.
Your responsibilities will include conducting structured retailer visits, identifying opportunities for improvement, and building strong relationships to maximize the value of PayPoint's products.
The position offers a competitive salary of £32k plus commission and car allowance of £4k or a company car.
