Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers.

Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed.

Seasonal:
Until 31 May 2026

Rota:
Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00‑17:00 with alternate weekends Saturday and Sunday 10:00‑17:00.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Complete shop floor tasks, which include heavy lifting.
• Off‑loading deliveries from lorries and vans.
• Using the EPOS system to book in and receive stock, requiring a high level of accuracy.
• The role may require some driving and therefore applicants must have a full clean driving licence.
• Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently.
• Identifying customer needs through interaction and taking appropriate action.

A forklift licence would also be an advantage.
