Sales Colleague

Role Overview

Sales Colleague – Caerphilly, Currys, Caerphilly. Permanent, Part Time: 15‑30 hours per week with flexibility to work additional hours. Pay £12.71
* per hour (+ average bonus of 89p per hour, rising to £13.01 on successful completion of probation).

As a Retail Sales Colleague you will attend a short induction and learn the skills to help customers buy, serve, and support them. We work across opening hours, typically Saturdays and Sundays, in a store open 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm.

• Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
• Make every customer interaction memorable.
• Offer support services such as delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
• Contribute towards the overall sales performance of the store.
• Work across different departments and product ranges.
• Support store operations by completing operational tasks.

• Approachable and friendly.
• Keen to learn about the latest technology.
• Comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer experience targets.
• Strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store.
