As Sales & Partner Manager, you take ownership of partner relationships and market development across your territory. Working closely with partners and internal teams, you strengthen long-term commercial success while ensuring customers receive the right solutions.
This is a customer-facing role with significant travel (approx. 80%), requiring strong organisation, ownership, and a proactive mindset.
** Your tasks.
*** Build, manage and grow relationships within the d&b partner network, ensuring long-term engagement and commercial success
* Maintain regular contact with partners and customers to understand pipeline, challenges and opportunities
* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market development across key verticals
* Collaborate with Business Development teams to expand relationships with venues, consultants and industry stakeholders
* Support partners with commercial and technical guidance, enabling confident sales conversations
* Represent d&b at customer meetings, events and demonstrations, strengthening visibility and trust
* Ensure accurate opportunity tracking and coordinate closely with internal teams to support smooth order processes
** Your Profile.
*** A degree in Business, Engineering, Audio Technology or a comparable qualification ideally in the technical audio environment
* Several years of experience in sales, account management or business development, ideally within the AVLM, pro audio or related industry
* Strong ability to build relationships and grow networks in a partner-driven environment ideally with experience in indirect sales models
* Good technical understanding of audio systems or comparable technologies (without being a pure engineering role)
* Highly organised, able to manage travel, customer interactions and administrative tasks effectively
* Familiarity with CRM tools and structured pipeline management is a benefit
* A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a strong focus on results
* Strong interest in continuous personal and professional growth
* Fluent English (additional language skills are a plus)
