Head of Wholesale - TopUsed

Are you ready to lead a key commercial function at one of Europe’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers?

MAN Truck & Bus UK Ltd is seeking a commercially driven and market-focused Head of Wholesale to lead our Top Used non-retail remarketing business. This is a pivotal role where pricing, market insight and commercial decision-making combine. You will be responsible for steering wholesale (trade and export), rental remarketing and part exchange (PX) across our used truck and van business, maximising speed of sale, protecting margin and reducing risk.

• Work closely with Sales, Planning and Residual Value teams to define wholesale strategy and oversee PX valuation.
• Develop and expand international export markets, engaging directly with customers and partners across regions such as Asia and Africa.
• Guide pricing, market analysis and commercial decision-making to ensure optimal margin and risk management.

• Commercially strong leader with experience in used vehicle wholesale or export markets.
• Strong pricing, negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
