Are you a confident telesales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating opportunities and closing deals?

We're looking for an ambitious Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team as a Sales Advisor here ’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both inbound and outbound sales activity and wants to play a key role in driving business growth.

You'll engage with key decision-makers across a diverse range of SME customers, converting enquiries into sales, identifying cross-sell opportunities and developing long-term customer relationships. If you're target-driven, commercially minded and motivated by success, we'd love to hear from you.

The Sales Advisor role at Direct
365 will involve:

• Handle inbound calls, emails and web enquiries from prospective and existing customers.
• Proactively make outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Build rapport quickly with decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing the sale.
• Identify and maximise cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up on all prospects in a timely manner.
• Accurately record customer interactions and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Work towards and achieve sales, conversion and activity targets.
• Complete required documentation and compliance processes.
• Contribute positively to a supportive, high-performing team environment.

The ideal candidate for a Sales Advisor at Direct
365 will have:

• Proven Telesales or contact centre sales experience.
• A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• A professional and engaging telephone manner.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, resilient and positive attitude.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, customer-focused and relationship-oriented.
• Commercially minded with a passion for sales.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
• A team player who enjoys contributing to collective success.

In return for your commitment and expertise, you’ll benefit from:

• A good salary of £26,000 plus OTE £32,000 in a permanent full-time position.
