Action for Children is seeking a Family Support Practitioner in Caerphilly to join our Gwent Family Intervention Team. This role delivers targeted, time‑limited therapeutic family support for children aged 3–16, including one‑to‑one work with parents and families, across community settings.
You will work with a Practice Team Leader and a Clinical Psychologist to assess needs, plan interventions up to 12 weeks, and collaborate with schools, social services and health partners while safeguarding
