OverviewWe are looking for a social worker to provide flexible hybrid working, up to three days a week from home, supporting adults with care and support services.
Responsibilities- Assess adults’ needs to determine eligibility for care and support services.
- Empower individuals to remain independent by providing clear information, advice, and referrals to alternative services where appropriate.
- Recognised Social Work Qualification.
- Registered with Social Work England (SWE).
