Codi Group in Caerphilly is seeking a full-time Project Workforce to join our Supported Accommodation service. You will support vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness, work days, and have weekend availability.
You will work with a diverse client group, develop personalised support plans, deliver tenancy management workshops, and liaise with partner agencies to ensure timely support.
This role focuses on compassionate, practical help and empowerment to help clients sustain their tenancies.
