Housing Advice Officer needed in Caerphilly Paying £20.35 per hr time hours on a temporary basis
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing housing advice and homelessness prevention support.
- Assessing and managing homelessness applications and duties.
- Developing personalised housing plans and identifying suitable housing options.
- Working closely with landlords, housing providers, statutory agencies, and support services.
- Maintaining accurate case records and preparing reports.
- Making complex decisions in line with homelessness legislation and guidance.
- Supporting vulnerable customers through challenging circumstances.
