Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: Caerphilly
Salary: £12.21 - £15.26 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern: Rotational shift pattern.

Monday to Friday 5.30am - 1.30pm

Monday to Friday 1.30pm - 9.30pm

Monday to Friday 9.30pm - 5.30am

About the Role: We are recruiting Warehouse Operators to join a fast-growing manufacturer. This is a hands-on role in a busy warehouse environment where lifting, unboxing, and unstrapping pallets or products is a key part of daily operations. You’ll help ensure goods are accurately prepared, moved, and dispatched while keeping the warehouse safe, organised, and efficient.

The role is very phisically demanding, you will be required to work all 3 shift pattern rotating each week.

• Lift, unbox, and unstrap pallets and products safely
• Load and unload deliveries
• Move stock around the warehouse using safe manual handling techniques
• Perform stock checks and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
• Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

• Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting and standing for long periods.
• Ability to work 3 shift pattern:
  Mornings, afternoons, nights.
• Reliable, hard-working, and a team player
• Good attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not essential
