3-shift rotation: 6:00AM - 2:00PM, 2:00PM - 10:00PM, 10:00PM - 6:00AM
Pay: £13.67 per hour
Immediate start available. We're recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing warehouse operation in Bedwas, supporting day-to-day warehouse activity, assembly and goods movement.
The Role- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and picking lists
- Check goods for quality, correct quantities and damage-free packaging
- Load and unload vehicles safely, including containers and delivery vehicles
- Keep stock accurate, help with regular counts and report any discrepancies
- Support goods-in, goods-out and replenishment, rotating stock so older items go first
- Keep your work area clean and organised and follow all safety procedures
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred, but not essential
- Forklift licence (Counterbalance, Reach, Articulated/Bendi) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive, flexible attitude and good team spirit
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Able to commute reliably to Bedwas
