Overview  As a Receptionist at Zuma, your role is to ensure a seamless guest experience by delivering warm welcomes, managing reservations, and providing outstanding service that anticipates every need. Be the face of Zuma and create exceptional first impressions! This role is a part-time job, day time shifts with availability to work 6 days a week
Main Duties   Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome that sets the tone for their experience
Handle phone calls with courtesy and assist with inquiries or bookings
Manage reservations, confirmations, and bookings to keep the flow smooth
Keep the reception area spotless and inviting
Assist guests with requests, ensuring they’re guided to the right team or area
Communicate effectively during shift handovers to maintain a seamless operation
