Typical DayYou will help others, building client relationships and ensuring their needs are met through in‑person, phone, or virtual interactions. You will also support the office by maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Preferred Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients as they prefer
- Ensure all client needs are met during service, in person, over the phone or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
