eCommerce - EDI Administrator

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking an eCommerce - EDI Administrator to join our team! The eCommerce - EDI Administrator is responsible for the technical design, implementation, and support of specific business solutions technology. This individual will support North America eCommerce - EDI implementations and will report to the North American eCommerce - EDI Supervisor.

- Participates in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications
- Works directly with clients to identify user EDI requirements, assess available technologies, and recommend viable solutions
- Reviews existing or incoming EDI data for currency, accuracy, usefulness, quality, or completeness of documentation
- Provides technical support to users or clients regarding the maintenance, development, or operation of databases, transaction processing systems, equipment, or applications related to eCommerce
- Establishes credibility and acts as a liaison between departments, lines of business, and various vendors or customers
- Responsible for the communication of project statuses to all stakeholders on a regular basis
- Anticipates and mitigates project challenges such as risks, issues, and problems
- Focuses on the defined scope of projects and applies strong change management practices
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- 3-5 years Industry, Business or Finance Related experience
- Advanced systems and computer skills (CU, JDE/Oracle, Access, and Excel)
- EDI, cXML or similar eCommerce applications and formats experience is preferred
- Must have the ability to work well in a cross functional team environment
- Must have the ability to work independently
- Position requires minimal travel
