As a Registered Nurse in our Regional Float Pool, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional nursing care across multiple hospital facilities during night shifts. Your focus will be on adult and geriatric patients, where you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care in collaboration with diverse care teams.

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract
• Base Pay: Determined by Experience
  • PLUS: Regional Float Pool Perk and Shift Differentials: $2.75/Evenings, $4.60/Nights, $1.50/Weekends

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  • Preferred Education: BSN
• Licensure: Must maintain a current RN license within the hiring state and meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Experience:
  • One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med Surg.
  • Minimum of two years of recent bedside RN experience for other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.).
  • Preferred Experience: Epic experience
• Certifications (Must have to start):
  • BLS for Med Surg and Behavioral Health
  • BLS & NRP for Women's Health
  • BLS, ACLS for Critical Care
  • BLS, ACLS, & PALS for Emergency Department
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk most of the time, bend, stoop, lift and turn patients with assistance, and push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds.
