About the Role: The FTTH Install Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the installation of Fiber to the Home (FTTH) systems, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating installation schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The supervisor will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the installation process and providing technical guidance to team members.

Effective communication with clients and stakeholders is essential to ensure that expectations are met and that any concerns are addressed promptly. Ultimately, the FTTH Install Supervisor is key to delivering reliable and high-speed internet services to customers, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in telecommunications or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in supervising installation teams, particularly in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of FTTH technology and installation processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in fiber optics installation or related technical certifications.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of local and national telecommunications regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the installation team to ensure timely and quality completion of FTTH projects.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare installation plans, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide training and support to installation technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
• Monitor project progress, manage resources effectively, and report on project status to upper management.
• Engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive installation experience.
