Hourly pay rate: $22.00 to $24.00

Schedule:

Nights 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM

The CDL Truck Driver is responsible for safely transporting products to customer locations.

• Drive truck to established destination to load/unload per customer requirements.
• Inspect truck for defects before and after trips and submit reports indicating truck condition.
• Maintain driver logs.
• Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs.
• Remove snow or other foreign materials from vehicle.
• Operate and maintain trucks.
• Help, mentor, and train personnel.
• Perform all work in compliance with company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Class A CDL License – No manual restriction
• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 or more year(s) related experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass and/or obtain all reporting, testing, and certifications as required for this position.

• Learns from directions, observations, and mistakes and applies procedures using good judgment.
• Provides outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
• Works well with a team, takes direction and follows work rules, as well as takes on additional job responsibilities as needed or assigned.
• Read and accurately interpret company documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and federal and state regulations.
• Communicate professionally and effectively.
• Maintain regular, dependable attendance and a high level of performance.
• Flexibility required; able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and 12‑hour shifts.
