Manufacturing Associate

Overview

Nivel Manufacturing produces innovative and unique products for the PTV and UTV industry. We're looking for experienced manufacturing associates who are comfortable working with their hands and occasionally utilizing hand and power tools to ensure our products are manufactured efficiently and within quality control standards.

• Safely operate machinery ensuring quality control standards and work order requirements are met.
• Pack parts ensuring the correct parts and quantities are used.
• Light to moderate assembly work.
• Safe utilization of hand tools and some power tools as needed, including saws.
• Ensure that packaging is marked as instructed.
• Restock supplies as necessary.
• Inspect parts for any defects, ensuring quality excellence.
• Ensure all safety procedures are always followed, including the use of required PPE.
• Cleans up work area daily.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience:
  
  1-3 years’ experience in a production environment.
• Experience operating hand and power tools, including saws, is preferred in some areas.
• Experience in kitting and assembly operations is preferred in some areas.

• Able to follow directions
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to read and understand verbal and written instructions
• Able to use basic hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and hammers as needed
• Understanding of angles and reading a tape measure preferred

• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Frequent lifting 30 pounds or less
• Frequently push and pull up to 50 pounds of force
• Limited exposure to environmental conditions
