Sailfish is searching for Boat Assembly Technicians
Responsibilities- Experienced in Outboard Motor Installation of any Brand
- Rigging and electronics installation
- Background In Electrical Systems
- Outboard Mechanical Experience
- Strong Work Ethic
- Must Be Able To Work In A Fast Pace Environment
- Must Be Dependable and Work Well With Others
- Various air, hand and power tools
- Working knowledge of hoist system
- Performing General Physical
Activities:
Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials - Non-Climate controlled warehouse production environment
- The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- The ability to lift fifty pounds
- Must possess the desire and ambition to work safely at all times and report all hazards to Management and Human Resources immediately
- Must understand basic terminology such as OSHA, DEP, and other regulatory agencies
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment where designated, including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, respirator etc.
- Must be able to physically handle the requirements of the job, including but not limited to: lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing stairs, reaching, grasping, gripping, pushing, pulling, and spending entire working hours on your feet, etc.
- Must be able to understand all safety related documents and work-site rules and practices, equipment operating instructions, documented safety management systems, and health and safety requirements, including the General Safety Rules and Individual Safety Commitment
