A large consumer services firm is seeking a qualified Accounts Payable Specialist to support their corporate accounting team under the direction of the Accounts Payable Supervisor. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for invoice processing, check requests, vendor setup and management, travel and expense reimbursements, credit card reconciliations, 3-way matching and other accounting duties.

• 2+ years  of corporate accounts payable experience
• Skilled with invoice processing, credit card reconciliations, purchase orders, 3-way matching.
• Proficient with accounting software and Excel.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
