Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: On-site – Calabasas, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Duration: 1–3 months temp-to-hire
Compensation: $24-$26 / hour

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our accounting team in managing vendor communications and processing a light volume of invoices. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process approximately 50 invoices per week with accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform 3-way matching for purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices.
- Handle vendor communications, including responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare, post, and reconcile AP transactions.
- Ensure vendor accounts are up-to-date and properly maintained.
- Assist with month-end AP tasks as needed.
- Support the accounting team with additional duties as assigned.
- 1+ years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of invoice processing, 3-way matching, and basic reconciliation.
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Calabasas.
- Temp-to-Hire (1–3 months) with potential for long-term placement based on performance.
