We work at the intersection of creators, brands, and Hollywood, developing talent, producing premium content, and designing creator-first partnerships that scale across social, digital, and theatrical platforms.

We’re looking for a New Business Development & Brand Partnerships professional to help drive growth by building, managing, and expanding long‑term client partnerships with brands, agencies, studios, and strategic partners.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how modern brands grow through creators, culture, and storytelling, and who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative, entrepreneurial, relationship-driven environment.

• Proven experience in business development, brand partnerships, or strategic sales
• Strong client relationship management skills, with a track record of growing and retaining accounts
• Solid understanding of social media, creator marketing, and digital campaigns
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute quickly
• Experience in entertainment, media, or digital marketing preferred
• Familiarity with multicultural and Hispanic markets is a plus

• Identify and close new business opportunities across brands, agencies, studios, and entertainment partners
• Build and manage strong client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic partner
• Lead conversations around creator-led campaigns, brand integrations, and custom content
• Collaborate with talent, content, music, and production teams to develop compelling, ROI-driven proposals
• Translate brand goals into culturally relevant, performance-focused solutions
• Track industry trends across social media, entertainment, and the creator economy
• Represent Highlight Star externally with confidence and credibility
