Psychiatry - Geriatrics Physician

Our medical group is a well-established physician founded and physician-led psychiatric group serving Southern California since 2010.

We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join our diverse and seasoned group of Board-Certified Providers to support our Los Angeles County partners.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-patient psychiatric care, rounding in-person with support from a multi-disciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners

• Provide collaborative and efficient patient care by utilizing the hospital EMR.

• Availability to provide telehealth services, treating patients via video/phone.

• Equipped to manage all aspects of Psychiatric care consults, psychiatric holds, discharge disposition, etc.

Position Details and Qualifications:

• Will support Motion Picture Hospital in Calabasas, CA.

• Looking for someone who enjoys working with the older population.

• Work Schedule: Flexible Monday to Friday (doesn't need to finish the 8-hour shift at the hospital) and at least 1 weekend a month.

• Inpatient Rounding Position.

• Opportunity for supporting outpatient clinic. (optional)

• Will work with Independent Contractor providers.

• Will see around 12-15 patients.

• Starting Salary is at $350K annually.

• 1099 Independent Contractor.
