• Coaching experience in the sport advertised; skill and knowledge of coaching fundamentals; past success as a coach.
• Experience levels preferred:
  Head Coach - 5 years; JV Coach - 2 years;
  Frosh/Soph - multiple years of participation at least at high school level in the sport.
