Job Overview

Insomniac Music Group is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Operations Coordinator to join the team in Los Angeles. This position will support cross-team collaboration, manage timelines and assets, and keep projects moving efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Electronic Dance Music and experience in the record label space. They will be able to work on a variety of projects at various stages and scopes, and have excellent communication skills.

• Support project and task management across departments
• Organize and maintain backend metadata, digital assets, and contract files
• Ensure metadata integrity and oversee backend systems for release setup and execution
• Coordinate timelines, assets, and communications for upcoming releases
• Serve as a central point of contact between internal teams and external partners
• Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling, note-taking, and documentation
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and help ensure all project milestones are met on time

• 2+ years of experience working in label and radio or related Entertainment Industry experience
• Passion for Electronic Dance Music
• Ability to work on a variety of projects at various stages and scopes
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated experience managing time, cost, risk, quality, resources, assets, and changing requirements
• Proficiency in MAC/PC and Microsoft Office Suite

• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments
• May work in drastic temperature climates
• Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines

Hiring Hourly Range: $24.00 - $27.00 USD
