At Morton, Wealth Advisors are key contributors, responsible for fostering deep client relationships through regular, transparent communication and collaboration with Client Service, Operations, and Financial Planning teams to ensure timely execution of client tasks.

Daily responsibilities- Provide clients with investment and financial planning advice, including portfolio design, new alternative investment recommendations, and ongoing investment communication.
- Connect with clients on a regular basis via text, video, phone, or social gatherings.
- Oversee the accuracy of client planning services and review portfolios for recommendations or changes.
- Deliver a “WOW” moment to each client at least once per year.
- Coordinate with the trading team regarding new deposits and cash buildup.
- Network with professionals to fulfill client needs and solve problems.
- Grow revenue through wallet share, client and personal network referrals, and Morton-generated leads.
- Execute the prospect experience through connect calls, prospect meetings, proposals, and onboarding oversight.
- Participate in weekly advisor growth meetings and contribute to the development of peers.
