The role partners with stakeholders to plan and analyze company-wide financials and property-level performance, building budgets, forecasts and metrics for executive and investor reporting.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years in a related field, strong SQL and BI tool experience, and a solid grasp of GAAP and SOX controls. Real estate/REIT experience and CPA preferred.
