Director of Nursing

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team in Calabasas. This pivotal role requires a leader with a comprehensive understanding of skilled nursing facilities and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all nursing operations within the facility, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans and outcomes.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in nursing practice.

Qualifications:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of California.
• Required 1 year Medicare Based Home Health Leadership experience
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations.
