JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe ideal candidate is a passionate motorcycle enthusiast who is a quick learner, self-starter, troubleshooter, and problem solver with a positive attitude. You must have attention to detail, be able to think proactively, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in retail or wholesale distribution in the motorcycle/powersports industry is preferred. This is a full-time in-office position at the Calabasas Hills, CA headquarters.
This position is responsible for the execution of allocation strategies based on the merchandise assortment and inventory strategy.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the timely allocation of product.
- Executes the allocation strategy from assortment review
- Ensure planned inventory levels are maintained
- Replenishment of inventory
- Implement and maintain system and procedures to improve allocation efficiency
- Create sound decisions utilizing all resources including systems
- Identify risks/opportunities and propose solutions
- Work closely with sales team
· Inventory analysis or planning experience required
· Retail or allocation experience a plus

- Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines and remain flexible
